Bedrock Battery, LLC (“Bedrock”) warrants each Bedrock-branded lithium battery (“Battery”), sold by Bedrock or its authorized distributors/dealers, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for ten (10) years from the original date of purchase, subject to the terms below.
Bedrock offers a one-time transfer of this Warranty to a new owner — the best-in-industry coverage. However, the coverage on the new owner is only 5 years from the original owner’s purchase date.
This Warranty does not cover Batteries that are:
Bedrock may replace defective Batteries with a certified refurbished unit of equal type. Warranty coverage continues from the original purchase date.
This Warranty shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Georgia, US
